Service fees are discussed and agreed upon individually based on the services required. All fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Nexus Global Connect is not responsible for third-party charges such as embassy fees, visa fees, medical test fees, or government levies. Receipts will be issued for all payments made to Nexus Global Connect.
While we strive to provide the best possible service, Nexus Global Connect cannot guarantee job placement, visa approval, or any specific outcome. Final decisions regarding employment and visa issuance rest entirely with employers and the respective government authorities. We are not liable for rejections by employers or visa authorities.
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Service fees paid for completed services are non-refundable. In cases where services have not been rendered, partial or full refunds may be considered at our discretion. Third-party fees (embassy, medical, etc.) are non-refundable once paid.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, India.
